Examples of Anger Style called Acting Out


Is Acting Out your default Anger Style? Acting Out is the type of anger style where someone has some kind of extreme lashing out at another person or as a result of some particular incident or event. Without taking time to think, the person immediately reacts to their anger trigger(s) in some kind of extreme fashion. This person can be said to be ‘out of control’.
